I waited 45 minutes for my service. When I called, they told me it was cancelled. When asked why I was not notified, I was told I was called and sent a text message to a number that wasn't even mine. 2 minutes I received an email notification of the confirmation.

I made a reservation with the app service and my information was already stored in the app. They sent the shuttle to the wrong address and refused to honor my refund. Basically said it was my problem. I will never use them again, any future customers beware!
