Had a scheduled pickup for 5:15 a.m.at TPA, they arrived at 6:40, after I made 2 phone calls to the company.
Driver refused to pick us up at handicap ramp even though I was on a manual scooter for a broken leg. He said it was his rules not to pick up there and I could call the airport to complain.
He was unapologetic.Wish I would have read reviews prior to booking as I find there are many that have had the same issues.
