I had booked and paid for a shuttle ride to BWI Airport three days prior to travel. I received two email confirmations of my reservation. JUST ONE HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME, they called to say they didn't have any vans and so were cancelling my reservation. (But they were going to be oh so helpful and give me a full refund.) With only one hour to go, I had no chance to book with another airport-shuttle company, and so had to scramble for a cab -- which of course was far more costly.
Their own rules require that a customer wishing to cancel has to give TWO HOURS' notice to them. They gave me only one.
Guess what I saw when I got to the airport? Lots and lots of blue Super Shuttle vans.....
Do not rely on this company. You may think your airport plans are in hand, but you could be very wrong, and very sorry.
