On our arrival at Oakland airport, we phoned SuperShuttle, as per the instructions on our booking, and we were told that the shuttle would be there in 15mins. After 35mins of waiting, I phoned again and, after holding on for AGES, I was told that they were sending another driver and that it would take another 15mins.

After waiting for OVER AN HOUR, the shuttle finally arrived. The driver, with his limited English, told us that the previous driver had 'forgotten' to pick us up!!

At no point were we offered an apology for the delay. Don't take this shuttle - it is clearly unreliable!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
